What is the cancellation policy?
The cancellation policy varies depending on the ticket.
Please note that cancellation fees may apply depending on the cancellation date, so be sure to check the policy at the time of purchase.

How can I change the participation date or number of participants?
Changes to the participation date or number of participants are not permitted.
Please cancel your purchased ticket and make a new purchase with your desired date and number of participants.
How can I cancel my ticket?
Purchased tickets can be cancelled from your My Page.
The cancellation procedure is as follows:
① Log in from “My Page” via “View Application Details” in your reservation confirmation email.
② Tap “Reservations & Tickets.”
③ Select the relevant reservation under “Upcoming” or “Past Reservations.”
④ Tap “Cancel” at the bottom of the page and agree to the cancellation policy to proceed.
⑤ A reservation cancellation email will be sent to you.
I saw the reservation completion screen, but I did not receive a confirmation email.
Depending on your email security settings, the email may have been automatically blocked or sent to your spam/junk folder.
Please check your inbox and spam folder again.
I canceled my ticket via My Page. When will I receive my refund?
The timing of the refund to your credit card depends on your credit card issuer.
In most cases, it may take several business days.
For specific refund status, please contact your credit card issuer directly.
Purchase & Payment
How can I purchase a ticket?
Please follow the steps below to purchase tickets:
①Open the ticket page you wish to purchase
②Select the number of participants and participation date on the calendar, then tap “Next”
③Register as a member
(You may sign up using an email address, Google, Facebook, Apple, or xID)
④Complete the reservation form
⑤Enter your credit card information
⑥Complete 3D Secure authentication
⑦The reservation completion page will be displayed and a confirmation email will be sent
How can I purchase a ticket marked “Identity Verification Required at Purchase”?
When applying for a reservation, identity verification of the participant(s) is required for tickets marked “Identity Verification Required at Purchase.”
Please complete authentication using your My Number Card via the xID app.
Please prepare the following:
・The person making the reservation must download the xID app in advance and complete the initial registration.
・Prepare the My Number Card of the participant(s) (accompanying person) for the ticket marked “Identity Verification Required at Purchase.”

【What is xID (Cross ID)?】
xID is a digital ID application that enables smooth identity verification.
By linking your My Number Card through Japan’s Public Personal Authentication Service, it generates a unique digital ID that simultaneously enhances convenience, identity verification, and security in the digital environment.
【Identity Verification Procedure】
・When applying for a reservation, press the “Log in with xID app” button to verify the identity of the person making the reservation.
(This step is not required if you are already registered as a member in the xID app.)
・Press the “Verify identity with xID” button to verify the identity of the participant(s) (accompanying person) for the ticket marked “Identity Verification Required at Purchase.”
・Press the “Start identity verification” button.
・Open the smartphone push notification titled “Identity Verification Request” sent from the xID app.
・Enter the PIN (for input assistance of information printed on the card) for the participant’s My Number Card, scan the participant’s My Number Card, and complete authentication.
・After authentication, you will not automatically return to the ticket website. Please manually return to the ticket website in your browser.
What payment methods are accepted?
The following credit cards are accepted:
・VISA
・Mastercard
・JCB
・American Express
・Diners Club
Notes:
※Prepaid and debit cards are accepted
※Other payment methods, including QR code payments, are not accepted
※Only credit cards that support 3D Secure can be used
I did not receive the password for 3D Secure authentication.
The password is not sent to the phone number or email address registered on the ticket site.
It is sent to the contact information registered in advance with your credit card issuer.
Please check your spam folder and email settings.
If you still do not receive it, please contact your credit card issuer directly.
How do I register for 3D Secure?
Registration methods vary depending on the credit card issuer.
Please contact your credit card issuer directly for details.
I receive an error and cannot proceed with the purchase / the authentication screen does not appear.
Possible causes include:
・Your credit card is not registered for 3D Secure
・Browser or device settings issues
・Temporary authentication errors on the card issuer’s side
We recommend first checking your 3D Secure registration status with your card issuer.
You may also try using a different browser or device.
Ticket Use
How can I display my ticket?
You can display your purchased ticket by tapping “View Ticket” in your reservation confirmation email.
Please open the ticket in advance.
If you cannot find your confirmation email, you may also log in to your My Page and display your ticket.
Ticket display procedure:
① Log in to My Page.
② Tap “Reservations & Tickets.”
③ Select your reservation under “Upcoming” or “Past Reservations.”
④ Tap “Ticket.”
How do I use my ticket?
Please present your ticket to staff with the ticket screen open.
Staff will scan the QR code, confirm the number of participants, and complete the ticket validation.
Will a paper ticket be issued?
No.
All tickets purchased on this website are digital tickets only.
Receipts
Can I issue a receipt for a past visit?
Yes.
Receipts can be issued from My Page, even for past reservations.
Is there a deadline for issuing receipts?
There is no specific issuance deadline set by the system.
Can I issue a receipt for personal use (without an invoice number)?
Yes.
Receipts can be issued even if you do not have an invoice number.
Identity Verification
How can I complete identity verification?
Please complete authentication using your My Number Card via the xID app.
Please prepare the following in advance:
・The person making the reservation must download the xID app in advance and complete the initial registration in the app.
・Please prepare the My Number Card of the participants (accompanying persons) for tickets marked “Eligibility verification required at the time of purchase.”

How can I update my personal information in xID?
If the personal information on your My Number Card differs from the information registered in the xID app, you must update your information in the xID app.
